To have  Blaze amps build a custom amplifier to your specs please use the form below to place your order. All custom built Blaze amps require a $500 USD deposit (non-refundable) to begin construction. The balance is due upon shipment of the completed amplifier.  We accept checks, money orders or pay-pal. If you use the down payment button to send a deposit payment via Paypal, we will contact you for any details about your amp, assign you a serial number and create an invoice. Lead times are approximately 4-6 weeks depending on the details of your order.
          There is no need to send a deposit in order to receive a quote.  When using the order form please be as detailed as possible, use the list below to select which features you would like included in your amp, feel free to elaborate on any of your own ideas and we will work with you on incorporating them into your amp. Before work begins on your amp you will be sent detailed drawings for your review (3D and or plan view). Changes if any will be made, and upon your approval of the final design, work will begin on your amplifier.

      Since all Blaze amps are custom built, creating and personalizing your amp is a process. Finalizing a Circuit, Style, Design, Colors etc. can take several steps as we work with you on refining and personalizing your amp.

Some things to consider during your selections.

* Standard head chassis sizes are 6" &  8" deep, only 2 preamp tube designs can fit into a 6" chassis.
*  Anodizing can be done in as many or as few colors as you like. at an additional cost.
*  The finish of the metal determines the finish of the anodizing, Polished surfaces require more time and cost more than mat or brushed surfaces.
*   We do not put toylex over wood, we will paint wood a solid color but prefer transparent colors to enhance the inherent beauty of the wood grain.
